About this policy
Pergola Design.in ("we", "us" and "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse pergoladesign.in, contact our team, request a quotation or discuss a pergola or fabrication project with us.
It covers information shared through our website, email, phone conversations and project consultations. Other websites and services linked from our site have their own privacy policies.
Information we collect
The information we receive depends on how you interact with us.
- Contact details: your name, phone number and email address, where you provide them.
- Project details: your site location, services of interest, approximate dimensions, design preferences and other information you share about your property or project.
- Correspondence and project material: messages, drawings, photographs or documents you choose to send to our team.
- Website information: technical details such as an IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and access times that may be recorded by our hosting provider or services loaded on a page.
Please share only information relevant to your enquiry. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or other sensitive information through a general enquiry. If your material includes another person's information, make sure you have permission to share it.
How we use your information
We use relevant information to understand your requirements and support your project, including to:
- Respond to questions and discuss suitable pergola or fabrication options.
- Prepare quotations, design proposals and project estimates.
- Arrange consultations, site visits and Experience Centre visits.
- Coordinate design, fabrication, delivery, installation and after-sales support.
- Send project updates and maintain relevant customer and business records.
- Keep our website secure, resolve technical issues and meet applicable legal obligations.
If we send you promotional communications, you can ask us to stop at any time. An enquiry does not require you to agree to unrelated marketing.
When information may be shared
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Where needed for your enquiry or project, relevant information may be shared with our authorised team members and service providers supporting website hosting, email, administration, delivery or project execution. Sharing should be limited to what is needed for that purpose.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or where reasonably necessary to protect people, prevent misuse or establish and defend legal rights.
Cookies and external services
Our website uses externally hosted fonts and includes features such as Google Maps, YouTube videos and Instagram content. When one of these features loads, the provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the page you are visiting. It may also use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy.
Some embedded content loads when you choose to open it; other resources may load when you visit a page or scroll to it. These providers may process information on systems outside India.
You can manage cookies and site permissions in your browser. Blocking third-party resources may affect maps, videos or other features. Follow the relevant provider's policy for details:

Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to enquiries, delivering projects, providing after-sales support and meeting applicable record-keeping or legal obligations. Different records may need to be kept for different periods.
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can contact us to ask about information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, withdraw consent where we rely on it, or stop promotional communications.
Please email contact@pergoladesign.in with the subject Privacy request, or call +91 88619 50777. Include enough information for us to identify your enquiry and understand your request. We may need to verify your identity before sharing or changing personal information.
Requests are considered under applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal, contractual or record-keeping reasons. Withdrawing information needed for a quotation or project may limit our ability to provide the related service; we will explain this where relevant.
Children's privacy
Our website and project enquiry services are intended for adults arranging property improvements. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, please contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action.
